All stocks less than 3000 Cr is a challenge, Vasanth. We are working on it. Not in a hurry to launch anything which is not properly thought out. Will keep you posted.

What would keep you going with SIPs in specific stocks when they would be sharing poor results quarter after quarter? Don’t you think SIPping is as counter effective as BUY & Hold ? Thoughts please.

I think I have answered it in my blog post, but highlighting again:

You don’t start SIP in a stock for a year or two. You ideally want to extend it beyond 5 years. Its not a reasonable expectation to think all companies will perform always. I have gone wrong and will go wrong in future as well, but will continue to back businesses that look good to me from a long-term perspective.

Buy and Hold and SIP are not the same. In Buy and Hold you Buy at one particular price and time. In SIP you do it across different times and price levels.

No. We are still in the midst of deciding. Less than 3000 for the whole portfolio becomes a little difficult. We will keep you posted when we have finalized.
